YOU READY!?!
It's about time that the boys over there at blizzard finally released the game that everyone's been waiting for over this last decade.
Jumping straight into it, this game is much faster than the the original, and with that is a high sense of urgency while playing, which for some may be that added kick they were looking for, but for many it'll feel a bit rushed. This is the first game I can remember in a long time that had me yelling "What!?" "Wow!" and "No WAY!" at the screen while playing. It's that good. The graphics are great (and my laptop isn't "high-end"). The game play is intense and cerebral. The campaign missions are very diverse (and extensive, there's as many in this one installment for one race as there was in the original SC for all three) and the story is gripping. All the updates and additions feel very natural and true to the original.
It's an incredible game. I'm not ready to say it's the best game ever, but it is certainly amazing. You can soak it up and enjoy, or you can knit-pick and not get anything. It's your call. 4/5
